Stark Builders built and sold homes ranging in size from 4,000 to 12,000 SF and ranging in value from $750,000 to $6,000,000. Average yearly dollar volume has been $3 million. Project focus on developments in Paradise Valley, Troon, Estancia, Desert Mountain and Desert Highlands.MAJOR PROJECTS:►Cor D Amor, Sedona, Arizona | 2008-2009Project value $200,000,000.Entered into Purchase Agreement to acquire, entitle and develop a 38 acre parcel to rezone into a mixed use Assisted Living, Residential / Commercial Project. The Project was to include a 120 room upscale assisted living complex, a 120 room boutique hotel, 44 independent residential fee simple housing units and 68,000 square foot office, retail and restaurant complex. Rezoning was 65% through the City of Sedona Planning Department when lack of Equity financing caused company to withdraw from the project. ►Sevilla Villas: A Multi-Family Development in partnership with Vision/5 Development | 2004-2007Project Value: $32,000,000As the Managing Member of Sevilla Villas L.L.C, purchased, entitled, designed and permitted a 66 unit high-end condominium project. Upon the project being ready for permit it was sold to an out-of-state builder/developer who since the sale had hired P. Stark Builders as a Consultant/Project Manager representing the owner. Responsibilities include project administration, general contracting administration and support, sales and marketing coordination and project intermediary to various governmental authorities.

Responsible for all areas of development and homebuilding. Involved daily with administrative, management, financial management, land acquisition, on-site/off-site construction, unit construction, sales, marketing, and customer service. Sales for 1987 in excess of $7 million.

Controlled all construction, cost estimating, product design, scheduling and closings. The company had three subdivisions in operation with projected production of 150 units per year. Coordinated all architectural and engineering projects.
