Expertise Consulting: I engage and lead C-suite and other client stakeholders through design projects; communicate challenges and solutions through visual, written, and spoken deliverables; distill complex information for non-experts and build consensus; and manage scope while meeting established schedules and budgets.Leadership: I strive to create and maintain a team culture of curiosity and mutual support within hybrid as well as fully remote environments; ensure financial performance goals are met or exceeded; coordinate policies and procedures with other business units; and promote knowledge management strategies to capture best practices and lessons learned.Business Development: I work with our team to secure and retain clients and build lasting strategic relationships.
