Every day, in everything we do, our mission is to enhance the lives of millions of Americans in Long Term Care. I am responsible for providing my corporate customers with technology, service, and product solutions to identify cost savings, opperational efficiencies, and improve their image. - Increased corporate memberships by 34% each year since January 2006- Maintained member retention of over 75%- Responsible for net growth of over 1,500 memberships since January 2006, which equates to 11% growth and over $120,000 worth of new annual sales - Recruited and sustained over 50 corporate accounts that comprise 15% of the total membership- Developed key relationships with local business leaders to implement corporate wellness strategies- Innovated and coordinated sales and member recruitment strategies - Built and maintained strong networks with community and business leaders

I began my career as a program director in aquatics and childcare at the Laurens YMCA in Laurens, South Carolina. I quickly moved into an executive management position as a branch director of the Gray Court YMCA. After moving to Wisconsin, I accepted a position as a program director of aquatics and childcare at the Racine Family YMCA before accepting an employment opportunity with the RecPlex, my current employer.
