    I have been involved in leading the digital transformation of leading accounting firm Grant Thornton for more than a decade. I helped pioneer Grant Thornton's social business strategy and oversaw the implementation of our first social collaboration platform, and also our recent transition from Jive to the Office 365 platform. I also helped the firm engage clients and the public in a series of online community events around the UK in support of the firm’s Vibrant Economy initiative. Past projects include;- implementing our Enterprise Social Network (ESN) to our 4,500 employees and designing our successful launch strategy - review and refresh of the firm's Intranet and establishing digital channels for employee communication- developing our social media strategy, policy and guidelines
