I led the global Energy Solutions Business. Sales were $150M and the expense budget was $12M. My global team consisted of 100 people and our focus was the delivery of turnkey power solutions. We managed complete projects from business development, to design and construction, to aftermarket support and contract management. I oversaw overall business and new product development strategy, channel development, and business development in renewables and clean energy for gaseous-fueled products. I also had responsibility for project finance and strategic joint venture development.

Responsible for sales, engineering, and aftermarket support of Cummins Energy Solutions Business, principally natural gas-fired power plants, in Latin America. Over the period of my leadership, the group grew from 3 people and little revenue to 12 people and $15M annually. Our expense budget was around $3M and the territory included Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America. This particular position gave me the opportunity to complement my technical skills with commercial skills such as contract negotiation, project development, and the development of business in operation and maintenance services.
