Before venturing into the world of real estate, Paul spent 18 years in soil science, and founded a residential lawn care company called Wisegrass. As if that wasn't enough, he is also a single dad to 4 wonderful children, with a daughter who's a wedding photographer, two sons striving for football scholarships, and a ten-year-old daughter with a possible career in YouTube.
