Developed a RESTful Bookstore that incorporates PHP and XPATH.Designed an overlay that uses AJAX with PHP as a backend for registration.Used mySQL as the backend source to store content and user information.

Role:♣ Led an integration and usability tests for BB&T for our authentication product used as a second layer of security. (PHP, Apache, RESTful API)♣ Worked as a team in securing Nike shoe launches against bots in the United States and internationally (Java, JSP, RESTful, Memcached, Spring, Spring MVC).♣ Developed a testing plan that reduced defects by 80% (Junit, Jmeter, Gliffy).♣ Implemented an image based Multi-Factor Authentication product based on our existing authentication product (Java, JSF, JSP, i18n, jQuery mobile).♣ Developed Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and vBulletin plugins for verification and authentication.♣ Worked as a team to improve performance of our verification system to be able to serve over 30,000 requests per second without errors.♣ Added SSL support to Tomcat and Apache using the certificates provided by GoDaddy to improve security and remove deprecated protocols.♣ Collaborated and updated authentication system to handle timeouts, close security holes, and implement a “Kill Switch” which terminates and blocks all further requests from an IP if a particular item is selected.♣ Worked as a team to migrate existing customers (800+) that were using a Python/Django server over to the new Java system.♣ Corresponded directly with the CTO and customers to improve the system infrastructure and code base to better handle current and future needs.

Developed software projects that tested a student's knowledge of programming concepts such as: developing a complete e-Commerce site using Luhn's algorithm for credit card validation, and used the latest HTML5 tags and CSS styles to create visually compelling websites.
