Since June 2018, I have been leading OneDeadPixel, where I oversee business operations and work closely with our clients to ensure that each project is tailored precisely to their specifications, timelines, and budgets.Our solutions have evolved to Specialist in Multi Site / Large Scale Virtual Tours (think Google Street View but tailored for business operations internally) working on projects around the world. This was possible due to my past experiences in both technical and creative roles, which allowed unique perspectives on the approach to developing our product.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: I guided the company through its evolution from digital media production to now creating specialized virtual tours. We concentrated on Virtual and Augmented Reality as well as 360 Video and Photography, and then decided to rebrand back to One Dead Pixel and combine with the more traditional media skillsetAs the former Company Director at 3DVR, I led the forefront of innovation in AR/VR solutions and cutting-edge CGI visualizations. My role involved driving strategic initiatives, spearheading innovation, and delivering unparalleled immersive experiences. With a focus on transforming digital interactions, I navigated the company through all manner of projects within the immersive technology space.

My role focused around company growth, Project Management, Brand Development, Marketing Strategies, Day to Day running of the company. We worked on a wide range of projects from 3D animations with ING and Network Rail to Film, VFX and Title Sequences including Title sequence and VFX for a BBC Olympics documentary.

I was involved as a trustee to help the charity with all manner of aspects. The primary role of the charity was healing holidays involved working with hospitals to take Children to the mountains to learn to ski.I wore many hats here including the obvious digital media content and marketing but also my project management skills to help organise trips, and utilise my network of contacts to ensure the holidays went as smoothly as possible, and all children got the most benefit.

I had a multitude of roles covering multiple aspects of IT including covering multiple sites, project migrations, new rollouts, networking, purchasing, reporting etc.
