Lead on the post acquisition integration of four Norwegian clinical service companies and a distribution business to create Blatchford Norway AS. The existing businesses were predominantly owner-managed, with limited infrastructure. Supported around 130 employees to overcome their concerns about joining a new organisation. Transformed delivery performance of the master data management (MDM) programme - a critical part of a wider programme to refresh reporting and transactional application architecture globally across AZ’s 67 marketing companies. Work included revision of the infrastructure and application architecture as well as the commercial basis of key supplier.

Built and managed cross-functional teams in the UK and US for this global justice business. Developed the solution for the tender of Electronic Monitoring services.
