Creating and carrying out all site maintenance planning through an online maintenance management website, as well as assigning and reviewing daily, weekly, monthly, annual maintenance tasks

Responsibilities:• Monitoring and fixing issues with the machinery to ensure maximum efficiency.• Packaging of pharmaceutical products using modern cartoning machines, and associated end of line equipment, including being responsible for start of batch preparations such as setting up the packing line in accordance with new batch information, as well as all end of batch responsibilities such as line clearance.• Achieving production targets, while observing Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines in accordance with procedures.• Carrying out in-process and start and end of batch checks to ensure all products comply with international regulatory bodies.• Carrying out filter integrity testing procedures.• Handling, generating and final reviewing of batch documentation to ensure all documents comply with regulations.• Shift mentor and trainer, ensuring all new and current staff are properly trained in procedures and understanding of the machinery.• Carrying out weekly and monthly maintenance to prevent faults in machinery.• Managing groups of staff to provide an efficient working day with all goals met or succeeded.• Carrying out Factory Acceptance Tests on new machines.• Use of PCDAs to pursue continuous improvements.
