Developed and patented (US 10,788,180) an optical system that takes light rays from arbitrary directions into a defined direction with no moving parts. Using POV-Ray ray tracing software to validate and refine designs. Custom built my own 3D printer to prototype the optically smooth surfaces. I also custom created plastic extrusion molding die with laser.

Set up and gracefully closed down the computing and office automation needs of a summer intensive linguistics program. The program typically has ~100 students and ~70 staff members. Actively engaged only during the two summers of 2018 and 2019.
