We are an official sales partner and Industrial Distribution company with certified excellence and service agreements for global brands: Bosch Rexroth (DE), Carr Lane (US), Roemheld/Hilma (DE), Hydac (DE), Heypac (UK), MiniBooster (DK), Enerpac (US), Aventics/Emerson (DE/US) and Hyloc (IN) in addition to 'own brand' and strategic purchasing agreements with other key suppliers of standard parts and fluid power components (mechanical, hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic). Our Engineering Services Division includes, design, manufacture and technical support adding value through bespoke build, site installations, commissioning, servicing, refurbishments, repairs, troubleshooting and faultfinding works. As we approach 25 years as HYQUIP and a 50 year footprint in industry our mission is to build the next generation of engineers and business professionals by investing in education and training of young talent with the support of the University of Bolton group from Level 3 to Degree in Business Administration and Engineering, through Apprenticeship Programmes.The University of Bolton group includes, Alliance Learning & Bolton College.

It has been an absolute pleasure to see Josh, Jack and Zack continue to grow and the many milestones they have achieved so far. From a local Manchester band out of college (BIMM) to National headline touring, to their first European support and headline tours, their first step into the US, hitting the UK festival circuit as a new band post lockdown and the memorable moments at Download Pilot/Download, Slamdunk, opening up the mainstage at Reading & Leads, their first European festival at Rock For People, followed by Sum 41 support, 2 sold-out headline shows in Prague to mainstage at Rock For People and many more. To the release of their first EP's, evolution of music and genre and their debut full length album which got #3 Rock & Metal Album in the UK Official Charts as well as #4 in the Independent Charts. To navigating management, label and publishing contracts, good and bad. To meeting the most genuine and sincere people and filtering out the chancers. This has been an amazing journey to date, but only possible with the volunteers and dedicated team around us, past and present.2024 Artist Management, second album independently completed, I'm currently supporting THE HARA with the next steps... album release and live plot strategy, monetisation, merchandising, day-to-day, looking to build a strong management and label support team who can add value to take them to the next level.2020-2023 Artist Management, developing THE HARA a post lockdown band with the help and support of Solomon Parker2017-2020 Artist Management, putting together THE HARA, a 3 piece Alternative Rock band comprising Josh Taylor (Frontman), Zack Breen (Guitars) & Jack Kennedy (Drums) with the help of Simon (Spike) Dawbarn.

From Technician Apprentice to Marketing and Business Development Manager my roles included; hydraulic power unit and manifold assemblies, workshop fabrication and build, repairs, pipework installations, site commissioning, troubleshooting, drawing office, schematics, parts lists, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, conventional and 2D CAD (Introduction of both AbraCAD before upgrading to 2D AutoCad/3D Autodesk Inventor), project engineering and managment, concept design, costing and application engineering to field sales, area and key account management, to group Marketing and Business Development Manager. Responsible for growing the company from a regional North West hydraulic systems and Workholding specialist company to a National Fluid Power Distribution and Industrial Hydraulic Engineering company supporting the Managing Director with the strategic targeting, planning and integration of acquistions and the sale of the company.

Technician Apprentice, training to be a Work Study Engineer. Due to factory relocation (Bolton to Wales) apprenticeship transferred to Production Equipment Ltd.
