Growing up helping my Dad in our family business, from a young age I developed a keen interest in business, solving customers problems. Then when I was twelve I fractured my pelvis in a farming accident and with the help of Physiotherapy I learned to walk again. Don’t worry it only took me a few weeks to get off the crutches. Crucially, it was then that I decided that I might want to become a physio. Once qualified I combined my interest in business with my desire to help people and opened my first health business, goPhysio in 2001.I am the founder of goPhysio and Go Triage, with over 30 years of experience as a physiotherapist, clinical director, and business owner. My journey has been driven by a passion for optimising the clinician-patient relationship to enhance healthcare business outcomes.Over my career, I’ve spent over 30,000 hours in face-to-face consultations diagnosing, treating, educating, training and coaching patients to recovery. While building my team and growing a health business I’ve developed unique insights and solutions to providing a wide range of health and well-being services that guide our patients through the pain, load and goal or sport specific phases of recovery to achieve their aims & goals.Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how clinicians often struggle with balancing patient care and business growth. Many lack the sales and communication skills needed to fully engage patients, leading to lower retention rates and reduced profitability. This challenge inspired me to create Go Triage, a platform designed to bridge that gap. Go Triage empowers healthcare providers to streamline the patient intake process, enhance communication, and focus on long-term patient engagement, all while driving business growth.At Go Triage, we help clinicians become more than just healthcare providers; we equip them with the tools to build meaningful patient relationships, improve outcomes, and foster loyalty.
