• Created CDV Global to provide equitable access to organizational development tools for non-profits and community organizations. Led the strategic development and implementation of our vision and mission. • Leadership of all business operations and functions, managed organisational performance and business delivery across 6 countries by recruiting and leading a diverse, multinational team of both paid and volunteer staff members. • Led external stakeholder management and cultivated partnerships; negotiated and re-signed MoUs with national civil society umbrella organizations in Nepal and India to deliver training to their networks of 7,000+ local NGOs. • Designed business processes and SOPs to create the core business model. • Successfully established Raleigh Internationals operational presence in Nepal, achieving strategic rollout of over 60 volunteer projects engaging 1200 volunteers for the UK governments flagship program, International Citizen Service. • Stewardship of organisational culture into a nascent team, engraining purpose and vision into our community ethos. • Owned a portfolio of functions including Safety & Security, Logistics & Operations, Volunteer Recruitment, Youth Development, Training & Event Management. 12 direct reports, plus rotating teams of 30+ volunteer leaders. • Led and project managed the cross functional delivery of two long-term, complex community engagement programs, Livelihoods & Environment and WASH. • Achieved the personal goal of completing the professional teaching certificate CELTA, receiving a B grade (top 15 percentile globally) on an intensive 5-week residential course in Ecuador. • Designed and delivered an advanced three-month ESL curriculum to university professors in Ecuador using the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR). • Defined, taught, and evaluated results for English as a Second Language (ESL) course for students aged 8-18 in South Korea.

• Scaled the UK funded International Citizen Service program in India from a pilot project of two teams to 16 fully remote teams within 12 months, to create the largest volunteer delivery program in the $50 million consortium. • Led, coordinated and project managed multiple cross functional community engagement programs, each totaling 150+ volunteers across 14 community projects. Impacted 100,000+ individuals in 60 marginalized communities. • Held primary responsibility for program management expenditure of the $600,000 annual program budget.• Owned and directed the event management for all volunteer programs, including over 120 days of in-person training for 2-week, 1-week and 5-day induction training events. Facilitated numerous workshops to local partners. • Program development and project implementation of Livelihood & Environment programs, that resulted in training opportunities for 2000 individuals in 30 communities and delivered 30 mixed infrastructure programs. • Program development and project implementation WASH programs, resulting in pivotal Health Awareness training to 30 marginalized communities, constructing 1500 sanitation units and over 30 water supply systems.

English teacher in the public school system of South Korea. • Taught English to Grades 9-12 at an inner-city high school and to grades 6–12 in rural farming communities. • As the collaborative teaching partner of six English teachers of mixed English fluency ability, managed English Language delivery across four schools in one district for 2 years, • Designed curriculums by critically assessing the best ways to keep students engaged with the course material. Aligned curriculum for a wide age range, language ability and engagement level. • Considered, evaluated, and developed themes and materials that were appropriate across learning spectrums and language abilities. • Communicated materials through a variety of technical platforms including multimedia teaching boards, Microsoft PowerPoint and Prezi presentations and video creation. • Improved the test results at one Elementary school into the top five percentile in the district, winning a budget increase and coached students to winning regional English language competitions.

• Senior Operations Manager, with fast-track promotion from officer to senior manager in 18 months. • As Head of Safer Custody, oversaw a complex and evolving policy for Suicide & Self Harm, Anti bullying and Foreign National Prisoners with a caseload covering 600 prisoners. Managed a staff team of two and 20 prison volunteers.• Regular on-call Duty Operations Manager for the largest remand prison in the UK, coordinating prison operations to ensure proper and consistent adherence to all applicable laws, rules, standards, and facility-specific policies.• Regular collaboration with internal and external government departments, including the police and social services as well as representing the Prison Service as an Expert Witness at six coroner enquiries.• Partnered with senior organizational leaders to develop, oversee, direct, and manage KPIs and prison policies, programs, practices, and goals.
