Responsibilities included the selection and oversight of receivers and management companies, as well as, assisting with the closing processes for the sale of REO hotel property including the negotiation of exclusive broker agreements. Successfully developed and implemented a short-term franchise agreement model for assets that would benefit by adding a flag to increase property valuation during hold and disposition period.

Responsible for Franchise Sales and Development on the Hawthorn Suites Hotel Brand in nine states. Successfully met and exceeded sales quotas by identifying franchisees through cold calling and prospecting techniques, established a network of top developers, brokers, lenders, consultants and management companies. Was a key part of a franchise sales team which grew the Hawthorn brand from 18 hotels to 225 hotels in 3 1/2 years.
