The School of Inversion Therapy was created in order to raise awareness about the healing powers of inversion, of yoga therapy and natural and holistic healing methods. This involves us in research, teaching, holding seminars, talks and demonstrations, and offering therapy sessions. The school presently teaches three types of Inversion Therapy. One using inversion devices such as the back swing or Teeters Hangups DEXII, The second is Ball Inversion Therapy, using a gymnastic ball to invert the client and thirdly, simply called Inversion Therapy, where the client is inverted on the feet of the therapist lying on the ground.
