He adds value to both clients and candidates with respect to executive appointments on both a permanent and interim basis.Paul graduated with an Economics & Finance degree from the University of London, and then spent two years working in London in Funds Management, before emigrating to Australia in 1994. Paul continued his Investment Analyst career in Australia with National Australia Bank, before starting his recruitment career in 1998 with Barber & Bunton. Paul spent the next five years working as a manager specialising in Technology, Finance, Superannuation and Funds management recruitment in Melbourne, before being promoted to Director.In 2005, Paul completed an MBA at the University of Melbourne whilst continuing his recruitment career as a Director ASX listed recruitment company Ambition, where he managed the Melbourne office.
