Started as junior programmer, moved to senior programmer within 2 years. Programming software to aid in Electrical Engineer compliance with IEEE electrical regulations. Software was initially written in QuickBASIC for DOS. Software aided Engineers by providing the least cost cabling solution for electrical fitting jobs and ensured cabling complied with strict regulations.Software was later converted to Visual BASIC and ran under Windows. This allowed graphical representation of the cabling job and a much faster and cleaner system.Also responsible for the company pc's, day to day support of the application, general office duties.
