I have led change projects for 30 years. As a partner at Great Place to Work, I managed a $3M portfolio of organizational change projects for clients like Hackensack Meridian Health, Carhartt, and the National Basketball Association. I also led global change initiatives for clients like Novavax, AT&T, and Takeda as a Principal at Daggerwing Group, a consulting practice within Omnicom.While at Teleos Leadership Institute, I led a global leader capacity development and re-skilling project for British Petroleum following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill and led a project in the Eastern Cape of South Africa designed to more equitably deliver government programs and services to the province’s citizens.I was a founding faculty member at the Presidio Institute Cross-sector Fellowship Program - a program designed in partnership with BlackRock, McKinsey, and the White House Office of Social Innovation. I was a Fuse Corps civic innovation fellow serving at General Colin Powell’s nonprofit, America’s Promise Alliance.I holds an MS in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve and an MA in English Literature from The College of New Jersey, as well as a BA from Gettysburg College. I am an ICF certified executive coach and hold numerous other professional credentials.
