With over 800 suppliers and associates, we worked hard to ensure the new process worked efficiently to allow a quick turn around on documents.I worked closely with multiple departments throughout the company such as the Course Co-ordination and resourcing. I often met with the resourcing and quality manager resolving any document queries or issues.Using my personal skills and knowledge of the business I could utilise the relationships I had formed from the Course Co-ordination department to help me while developing my skills in process development and document management.
