Currently working as a Network Analyst for Global Network Planning Team at VISA my job responsibilities include:Managing the various business operations and programs for Visa's Network Team.Working with a geographically diverse set of technical teams to document processes, quantify and identify opportunities for resolution and continual performance improvement by analyzing various network performance metrics and KPI's.Serve as an internal consultant within the Network Architecture, Engineering and Operations organization to collaborate with engineers and architects to analyze improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of improvement efforts.Seek out opportunities for improvement, which may include technical solutions, process improvements, standardization efforts, automation projects, tools implementation, personnel related items (such as training), etc.Provide guidance and leadership through the program and project life cycle for each identified improvement activity.Convert recommendations into business requirements for various tools development and support teams to implement.Establish and track key success metrics for Network, analyzing to proactively identify performance issues and measure the success of existing improvement effortsLeverage continual improvement methodologies (Six Sigma) to drive improvement across key performance measuresPerform presentations to executive leadership regarding progress on high profile initiatives
