I flawlessly executed scheduled day-to-day maintenance and source changes on the WAVE IP video delivery network, using automation scripts generated by me using a platform developed by our Core Video Operations team that updated our Cisco DCMs (Digital Content Managers) instantaneously. That methodology, along with the dual rail topology for our DCMs, allowed me to make national source changes that were essentially and effectively unnoticeable. I also worked directly with the ISP teams at both receive sites to perform any requisite equipment changes and break fix replacements, whenever necessary. After 1 year of a 2 year contract, I was asked to train an internal employee to be my replacement, and then laid-off. I was never called back when contracts were renewed.
