- Internship position with NGO ‘Waging Peace’ working to promote Sudanese political and human rights issues.- Work has included research and the compilation of policy-orientated reports on potential political and humanitarian ramifications of 2011 South Sudanese referendum, the 2010 Sudanese elections, the movements and the Lord’s Resistance Army in north-eastern Africa.- July 2010, LRA report which I co-wrote was referred to by Lord Chidgey and debated in the House of Lords - Written briefing report on the situation in Darfur for Minister for Africa, Henry Bellingham MP in May 2010.- Undertaken administrative, filing and accounting tasks.- Individual and group research, preparing important documents and reports for use by legislators. - Attended presentation of research findings to parliamentary groups at the Houses of Parliament in November and December 2010.- Experience in writing funding proposals and have a good knowledge of the layout and formulation of budgets and cash flow forecasts.
