Through an early career as a commodities trader, I learned to see business from end to end, understand how to weigh risks and trade-offs against opportunities, and how to make decisions in the service of a greater good. I believe leadership is something you genuinely must desire, it’s not something you just “do.” As Chief Executive Officer of Scoular, I am responsible for Scoular’s worldwide strategic leadership, a role I have held since joining the company in 2016. An over 128-year old employee-owned company with more than $6 billion in sales, Scoular is committed to creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for feed and food customers around the world. In that role, I led businesses with total annual revenue of $13 billion and more than 15,000 employees and 90 manufacturing facilities in seven countries. A highlight of my tenure, was leading the turnaround of Lamb Weston, beginning in 2010 and through 2015, which is now a $3.7B publicly traded leader in the frozen potato industry.
