CurrentTo provide first class technical, project consultation and support to all IPP Group companies and their associated sub-vendors.Joint oversight of the both the technical & quality aspects for IPP Group worldwide businesses in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 3834-2 and NORSOK M-650.Specialising in the management of key subsea piping packages and fabrications in CRA materials projects ensuring they're on time, within budget and meet the exacting quality requirements of the client and end user. The continual development of the IPP Scomark Ltd manufacturing facility to the exacting standards of NORSOK M-650 Edition 4. The role includes the management and continual improvement of the associated technical and quality systems in relation to this industry leading approval.External auditing and technical development of all subcontract critical manufacturers of heat treated, fabricated and formed and forged products; forgings, flanges, wrought fittings & line pipe. Reviewing and approving the manufacturing, quality, HSE and metallurgical aspects in relation to the qualification or audit of new or existing suppliers.Responsible for critical process technical documentation; manufacturing methods & internal procedures. The management of a team of technical, quality and project engineers with respect to quality management systems, planning / scheduling, document control, manufacturing procedures (MPQP & ITP), NDT & weld procedures, hydro test and material testing (mechanical and metallurgical). Ensuring that all documentation, from initial procedure and ITP/MPQP/MPQ submittals through to final certification, is completed and in accordance with the contract.Company representation at worldwide exhibitions, trade shows and speaking conferences.
