Paul has over 20 years’ experience working within Australia and overseas as a chef in 5-star hotels, corporate contract catering and health care where he is currently in a management position. He has a passion for quality improvement, staff development and delivering strategic and process-driven change. Paul is currently leading a number of quality improvement initiatives at St Vincent's Hospital including customer service training, menu enhancement and building and developing a team with the right skills to take the Food Services Department forward in the years ahead. Paul has also led an initiative to build better working relationships across the hospital to ensure his team are more responsive to feedback from patients and health care professionals.
