Responsible for the management of significant investment and strategic projects within Treasury & Security Services. Responsible to organize, direct, and control the activities of projects that are national or global in scope and that involve participation from and impact multiple functions in the line of business.

Senior Director of the Program Management Office reporting to the business unit General Manager with responsibility for the development and management of a Program Management Office within the organization. Additional responsibilities include the matrix account management for the organizations top tier clientele.

A member of the Executive Committee directly responsible for the technical support, development, and advancement of all applications. This included feature/function maintenance and enhancement as well new product line development projects for the organization. Responsible for all aspects of departmental planning, budgeting, business model analysis, market.

Served as Manager and technical lead for all internal system development efforts for the division. Managed the IT and Development teams and successfully migrated the legacy billing system to the Corporate Accounts Receivable system integrating seamlessly into the corporate general ledger. Designed and developed an on-demand pre-processing billing system.
