Working for Fastway Logistics, I manage all of the Ireland regions to ensure the logistics of parcels and mail are delivered efficiently. My day-to-day role consists of running reports and spreadsheets on the performance of each region and across all departments. This includes overviewing and managing all the staff on their performance in each depot, as well as reporting back and communicating effectively with senior management. I also manage customer complaints and deal with inquiries to ensure a high standard of customer care is met. Currently, my job is flexible and follows a Hybrid working model.

With extensive team management experience, I aimed to hit company targets and achieve a number of sales goals in a timely manner. I have an excellent eye for design and ensuring it is practically utilized to connect with potential audiences and customers. My primary focus has been to create helpful, engaging communications which incite action and achieve targets. I am often described as a “people person,” and my relationship-building skills ensure the ability to network skilfully and build mutually beneficial relationships. I have a strong work ethic and can multitask, and work well under pressure.

Using only a desk and phone with one full-time administrator, I set up and established a successful real real-estate office in Dublin, Ireland. Within 18 months, we had three full-time sales agents and over 350 houses exclusively for sale within our office.
