Led team through concept initiation, design and development, prototyping, manufacturing and product launch of new technology. Launched multtiple manufacturing lines utilizing the technology. Created and implemented new computer aided simulation processes enabling design engineers to perform advanced simulation techniques. Increased utilization for simulation for new product development.
