Committed to developing knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible outcomes. Experience and accomplishments• Six years full time sport and exercise science education. My major project at undergraduate level centred upon football economics in small clubs. The project focused highly on time management, project management, and the ability to negotiate and communicate to provide innovative and creative solutions to problems. My Master’s level research was based upon physiology and biomechanics benchmarks for elite youth footballers. • Three years’ experience working in elite sport environment at senior and age group levels gaining experience and knowledge on how science can be applied successfully to enhance performance such as the importance of organisation, clear and effective communication and integration as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Have led teams both in a professional (store supervisor) and sporting capacity (cricket). These leadership roles included motivating and directing people through a variety of means, effectively working in a team and giving clarity and focus to competitive environments.
