Provided administrative support for IBM Rational ClearQuest, RequisitePro, TestManager, and Robot. Held 16 training sessions and trained over 100 users on the IBM Rational Suite. Tested conversions of existing servers to VMWare and updated configurations as needed. Participated in the pilot of IBM Rational Software Modeler and supported it during the pilot and after purchase. Managed the conversion of TestManager databases from Sybase SQL Anywhere to IBM DB2. Coordinated efforts with Desktop, Software Delivery, Database Administrators, and the Release Manager of the DB2 upgrade project. Tested for the conversion of the existing IBM Rational environment from version 2003.06.15 to 7.0.1. Created custom Crystal Reports and wrote SQL to pull metrics from the IBM Rational databases. Set up a new environment for a large, multi-year project which included ClearCase for document and source code version control.
