As part of the Graduate Programme, I worked in 3 different teams of the company (8 months per rotation). I completed the Graduate Programme in August 2024.1st rotation: O&M Strategy, Concepts & OPEX - Consultancy- OPEX budgets - Delivering OPerational EXpenditures over the asset lifetime for offshore wind projects, engagement on both bottom-fixed and floating technologies- Availability & Accessibility calculations - Delivering availability and accessibility results along with the OPEX budget- OPEX, Availability and Accessibility modelling - Internal tools development, both on Excel and Python (reviewing calculations, improving methods, updating assumptions, standardizing processes, etc.)- O&M Strategy - Port assessment, logistical concepts, maintenance etc.- Ad-hoc tasks - From supporting other client assignments to being involved in internal development 2nd rotation: Floating Wind Excellence & Advanced Programs - Consultancy- Tow-to-port (TTP) operations assessment - Analyze data on floating projects to build a TTP methodology (weather limitation, estimation of vessels chartering times, total downtime, etc.)- OPEX assumptions for floating projects - Develop floating-specific OPEX assumptions for floating projects, including TTP operations, mooring lines, dynamic cables, etc.- Python tool development - Restructuring + reviewing methodology and assumptions for site accessibility, availability and TTP modelling- Client assignments - Engagement on several client assignments to support floating projects3rd rotation: Central Operations - Asset Management- Asset Management - Active role in day-to-day operations of onshore wind assets under PEAK Wind's management- Deliverables improvement - Improve the reporting process and template of one of the key deliverables delivered to wind farm owners- Auditing tool development - Leading the development of an internal tool to facilitate internal auditing of wind farm assets under PEAK Wind's management
