- Served as primary point of contact for Army Television, managing and reviewing over 745 video production requests and projects to determine the type of work required and act as a liaison between clients, subject matter experts, and technical personnel to ensure video products are completed according to client requirements.- Communicated with facility managers, maintenance staff, senior leaders, military aides, and other Department of Defense officials accessing AMVID offices, the Army Television Studio, the Pentagon Auditorium, and all engineering and secured inventory areas to ensure equipment and facilities meet all codes, guidelines, and regulations.- Assisted the Army Photography Division outside of normal job operations as a photographer to document numerous historical events and assist in capturing the Army’s 247th Birthday Festival in addition to normal duties as a Visual Information Services Coordinator, SharePoint Manager, and Collateral Duty Safety Officer of Army Television.

Managed a team of photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to create a company level award-winning multimedia product that told the story of the doctors and patients in which the program has helped raise money in the past. - Developed, administered, and supervised prepared lesson plans and established learning objectives in various classes on military installations and alternative locations for over 200 military audiovisual production specialists with the 55th Signal Company (Combat Camera), educating students on basic digital camera operation, Associated Press style caption writing, filters, optics, principles of composition, video production, layout and design, color management, digital print production, creating storyboards, lighting, audio production, and video editing.
