Paul is an award-winning Life Sciences entrepreneur with more than two decades of industry experience in building world-class start-ups and scale-ups in the medical technology space.   He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of OnPoint Ventures which provides strategic advisory services in the Medtech innovation sector.  Prior to OnPoint, Paul founded, led and/or played key strategic leadership roles for a number of innovative companies including Perimeter Medical Imaging, Sentinelle Medical, Nothing But Nature.  He a proven track record of identifying customer needs, establishing and executing strategy and managing companies from concept through scale-up and exit.  In this capacity, he has raised $25 plus million in equity and dilutive funding and his leadership have resulted in 3 successful liquidation events, that have resulted in greater than $300M in value creation for investors.  Paul is also passionate about supporting the development of the local Medtech community and is the founder of the Toronto Medtech CEO Round Table, a  peer2peer group of leading Canadian start-up and growth-stage Medtech CEOs.  In addition, he is a trusted advisor for multiple Medtech leaders, investors and technology associations.
