The Housing Partnership Network is a business alliance of the nation's top performing nonprofit development organizations. Its members develop, manage, and finance affordable homes that revitalize communities, and provide homeownership and other economic opportunities for lower-income and working families. Entrepreneurial, innovative, and grounded in local markets, HPN members forge partnerships with the private and public sectors to achieve large scale impact.HPN organizes peer exchanges among the member organizations and manages business ventures that support the members' success. HPN also works to shape federal, state, and local policies to support affordable housing development and the long-term sustainability of housing for low-income Americans, as well as strategies to enhance the role of the high capacity nonprofits in the affordable housing delivery system.

The Housing Partnership Network and the Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future are comprised of some of the strongest nonprofits in the affordable housing and community development fields. SAHF has nine sophisticated not-for-profit members who acquire, preserve and are committed to long-term, sustainable ownership and continued affordability of multifamily rental properties for low-income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Together, SAHF members own and operate housing in 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands—providing homes to approximately 90,000 low-income households across the country. SAHF's members embrace the notion that stable, affordable rental homes are critically important in people's lives. SAHF works with its members to develop public policies to support affordable housing development and the long-term sustainability of housing for low-income Americans, as well as strategies to enhance the role of the high capacity nonprofits in the affordable housing delivery system.

• Established Innovative Housing Strategies, LLC to provide consulting and advisory services to organizations working in the housing, community development, and financial services fields.

• Held various positions providing strategic and intellectual leadership on the business risks and opportunities deriving from mission, affordable housing, and public policy trends • Led the business unit responsible for all aspects of the Company’s regulatory housing goals compliance, management, and attainment strategies

• Directed the activities of office of the Administrator, including senior staff hiring, organization building, strategy and positioning, external affairs, scheduling, and White House liaison

• Served as the principal staff member with responsibility for affordable housing, housing finance, community development, homeless assistance, and federal transit policy

• Directed Congressional budget policy for housing and community development, disaster assistance, small business assistance, communications spectrum auctions, and federal credit programs

• Managed product development, marketing, and administration of employee benefit programs in the Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, and Senegal
