• New Castalloy is Harley-Davidson’s Australian subsidiary producer of cast motorcycle wheels and wheel hubs.Reporting to the Financial Controller, responsibilities and accountability include:
• Manage the day to day operations, maintenance and support of New Castalloy’s Information systems, specifically Infor M3 (ERP) and other connected information systems (BPW – Data warehousing, BI – SQL Analysis Server.
• Coordinate IT support for the completion service requests through the ticketing system to resolve all issues and ensure that all systems are updated and issues rectified in a timely manner;
• Responsible for the knowledge base and assisting in the operation of all Infor ver12.4 RPG modules including: Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Quality, Inventory and Product Costing;
• Communication with H-D GIS in Milwaukee (USA) to develop and ensure New Castalloys compliance with H-D IS policies;
• Process Analysis and Mapping;

• Create and maintain Ion Management Operating System (MOS) production monitoring program;
• Train and manage team of 9 setters and programmers;
• Process flow analysis, mapping and manage improvements;
• Design and develop tools, fixtures and gauges;
• Write, test and implement CNC programs for new and existing products to client specifications using Pro-E Wildfire;
• Interpret and produce CAD drawings;
