• Handle all client calls and issues. Research and problem-solve to determine resolutions to reported problems. Build and maintain high-level client satisfaction that is measured via the annual survey.• Train new clients on the features and operation of ITI applications enabling them to successfully use the product and achieve their business objectives.• Evaluate a specific application system study to determine all the client workflows, documents, and procedures so the training can be customized to their needs.• Provide presentations and demonstrations to clients on an as needed basis.• Test changes to existing software and assure existing features continue to work as required and changes work as expected.• Review documentation and write Client Bulletins to announce fixes• Provide onsite evaluation of client procedures and Fiserv ITI application usage and make recommendations for improved efficiency in the banks daily operation.

• Move, install, setup, repair, inventory, and replace company computers, laptops, and printers. • Transfer data and install/setup business related software (VPN software, email, and timecard software)

Supervise, install, operate, and perform maintenance on multifunction/multi-user information processing systems, peripheral equipment, and associated devices in mobile and fixed facilities
