Albus was created to provide cost effective Business Solutions predominantly within the Property, Energy and Development market sectors.My passion for delivery comes from over 20 years’ experience working within the construction and property sectors, managing the successful completion of over £200 million of projects.As an experienced Project Manager and Board Director I am particularly proud of the successful delivery of a number of renewable energy features, including the countries first Wind Turbine at a motor dealership. In addition I have been responsible for the delivery of over 20 new motor dealerships for some of the largest blue chip motor retailers including two of the countries "Greenest" dealerships. These two sites included naturally ventilated showrooms, through the use of Monodrafts, the installation of free heating and cooling using phase change materials and low energy lighting.The successful delivery of project, I believe, is due to strong PM technical experience coupled with a business focused, yet pragmatic, approach to both internal and external stakeholder management. I am a firm believer that ‘going the extra mile’ to ensure that communication is clear and effective paves the way for successful delivery.More recently I have been appointed as the Project Consultant responsible for a number of Green Energy retrofit projects and the delivery of an EU funded ERDF project. This project trailed a number of new to market technologies aimed at both energy reduction, generation and storage solutions. I have also recently been responsible for securing funding and providing management support on the installation of a biomass plant serving 316 flats in the middle of Birmingham.Most recently I have prepared the investment plan and been actively involved in sourcing the funding, power purchase (take off) agreements for 5 £25m waste to energy plants.

Atlas Aval (UK) Limited are the UK importers of the Atlas Aval Building Materials brand which we import in both raw material and pre-packaged form. Since formation we have established trading agreements with Builders Merchants, as well as distributing directly into the external wall market, the epoxy flooring market and direct to mainstream building contractors. We are able to distribute full or part loads through the UK, down to a single pallet direct to site.The ATLAS Group is a Polish manufacturer of building materials and chemicals trading on the international market. It was set up in May 2000 to give tenants easy access to cheaper gas and electricity.As well as providing cheaper gas and electricity, Energyextra also provides a whole range of additional services, all aimed at reducing the amount of money you spend on energy and increasing the household income.

Responsible for the delivery of an ERDF funded project aimed at retrofit solutions to the housing sector. Work streams will consists of Business Engagement with local SME's, the trialing of new to market energy efficient technologies in 6 demonstrator homes, the creation of 50 homes that utilise smart grid and electrical supply / demand management technologies and finally the retrofitting of 250 homes.As part of the ERDF match funding will come through ECO I am also heading up programmes involved at maximising the ECO funding streams that are available to RSL (Registered Social Landlords). This includes a consortia approach to ECO funding and delivery that has been created to maximise the lessons learnt from CESP and to create a partnership approach to delivery with a number of RSL's, funders, contractors and logistics providers.I have also headed up one of the largest PV (Rent a Roof) scheme in the West Midlands for an RSL. Works have included sourcing relevant funders for the free scheme, all legal and lenders consent negotiations and finally the management of the delivery of up to 2500 PV systems on social landlords properties.

We deliver a one-stop energy saving service, helping people to save energy and money – keeping them warm and comfortable in their homes. We reduce or eliminate the up-front costs of energy saving. Because we are a co-operative, our customers share the benefits of the government Green Deal, RHI and FiT schemes – delivering a ‘Fair Green Deal'. We are creating local work for a network of trusted assessors and installers – and helping to establish local worker co-ops where they do not exist today.
