Paul is a non-executive on the NI Advisory Committee for OFCOM and a Visiting Professor at Ulster University Business School.Previously, Paul was the CEO of Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) in the Northern Ireland Civil Service. As a Deputy Secretary and director on the Board of the Department of Finance, he created ESS and transformed the delivery of shared services in the NI Public Sector.
