Building teams through hiring, retaining, and developing individuals into highly engaged performers is my passion. It is very rewarding to see people grow and produce at a high level due to my investment in them. I am honored to have been recognized for my leadership efforts through my past and present employers, as well as organizations in my community. I am also enormously proud of creating an environment of operational excellence, from achieving the safest working environment in the entire company (#1 out of 120 Districts) to operating the most efficient workforce on a consistent basis. This has been achieved through shoulder-to-shoulder teaching, setting high expectations, managing process improvements, and managing change at a rapid pace. My expertise in these areas has led to creating premier customer experiences that drive sales. Whether in my current role in Sr. Division Operations, or my past roles of multi-unit management or business to business (B2B) environments, creating an environment of quality and personal connections has been crucial to achieving results.
