I had a team of 14 FTE, divided over product specialists, consultants and business analysts.Key achievements: introduction of iDIN for the Dutch Tax Authority, realization of payment app for a Dutch bank and enablement of mobile payments for a Dutch bank.

Amsterdam

Responsible for the management of approx. 8 million current accounts and packages for retail, private and commercial banking clients of ING in The Netherlands. My scope also included the responsibility for the billing of current accounts and packages fees, together with payment charges. I managed a team of 14 FTE, divided over productmanagers, productowners and projectmanagers. In this domain 14 scrum teams were active. In 2013 we started to make a successful shift from the PRINCE2-approach towards the Agile/Scrum way of working. Key achievements: development and introduction of a new package proposition for retail clients, realisation of a joint billing IT platform for retail and business banking, creation of an inbox in the internet banking environment and banking app for digital communication for all products to retail customers.

Amsterdam

Responsible for the management of debit cards, ATM’s and cash services for retail clients of Postbank.Key achievements: accelerated replacement of 8,4 million debit cards, equipped with an EMV chip, through the integration of ING Bank and Postbank and the packaging of current accounts, debit cards and credit cards of ING Bank

Rotterdam

Responsible for contract management of 12 collective pension contracts with an annual revenue of approx. 30 million euro.

Amsterdam

Project management responsibilities for a number of strategic projects, mostly on behalf of the Board of Directors of ING Europe. Often these projects had a focus on Operations & IT. I also managed commercial oriented projects, a.o. the development of new value propositions for Nationale-Nederlanden Corporate Clients and the management of various work streams setting up a joint-venture between The Bank of New York and ING.
