-Complete between 150-250 cold calls daily. Versed in selling CenturyLink, Comcast business services, and more to SMB and Mid-Market clients across the US. Constantly interacting with customers in order to courteously overcome objections, and tailor custom voice & data solutions, with a high level of customer service. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals - reaching 300%+ of sales quota, multiple months on my respective campaign.

-Assisted over 30 sales representatives/account managers with CenturyLink Business throughout the entire sales submission process. Constantly resolving rejected orders by following up with reps and their managers regularly. Tracked/monitored orders by updating our customer relationship management system - NetSuite - on a daily basis. -Submitted orders from the TBI Call Center and 12 sub-agent companies in a timely fashion by filling out all required paperwork in Salesforce and submitting to CenturyLink Business.-Notified customers of installation dates and other important information through phone calls and email.-Coordinated orders with CenturyLink order center based on customer needs.
