My role as a Contracts Administrator involved: - Gathering and producing the appropriate information, to produce a legal document, which is then issued to IT Contractors. Apart from administration skills, my day-to-day responsibilities involve dealing with Contractors, Clients and Account Managers, query management and mainly ensuring the department kept to the agreed standard service levels.
I initially started as the branch administrator before moving onto the role of junior consultant. As the Branch Administrator my daily tasks included taking care of all administration and payroll.
