-Managed teams and staff based on site workload-Payroll and hiring -Providing RFQ and RFI's to the projects an PM's as required.-Use of Procore as main software for projects.-Implemented process to stream line things as there wasn't really any.-Site Management as needed in different aspects.

-Built from ground up staffing company.-Designed all process including both payroll and HR based. -Client management and sales calls across the lower mainland (B2B).-Health and safety program design and maintain the program.-Recruiting team members based on client needs and company growth.-During 2021 floods we designed response teams to assist the restoration companies with the overwhelming need for help. Each team had a lead and 4 to 5 crew members that were directed to locations as needed and carried a full compliment of tools and health and safety equipment...it was a direct and go with the 5 teams we designed. The teams would also manage any additional help sent and report in at days end with updates.

-From start up to assisting in the growth to a multi branch operation. -Assisted in the design of documents and processes at start up stage.-Did sales ,client management, some trainings where needed. -Daily reporting was a key part of the overall operations.-Was responsible for training new sales staff when they joined. -Dealt with many diverse clients over different industries.-Daily team dispatch in the morning to ensure clients got workers(making sure they were a fit based on needs).-Health and Safety and was key contact for Worksafe.
