Each team had a lead and 4 to 5 crew members that were directed to locations as needed and carried a full compliment of tools and health and safety equipment...it was a direct and go with the 5 teams we designed. The teams would also manage any additional help sent and report in at days end with updates.

-True North provided temporary staffing solutions across various industries.-Was responsible for B2B sales calls and growing the existing client base.-Maintaining the current base of business and learn each clients unique needs.-Dispatch form time to time workers based on selection and fit.-Old school phone sales aka cold calling prospects with a decent success rate.-Brough company from double to triple didgit numbers with staff being dispatched.
