Thorough analysis included meeting with the bank clients to successfully gather and verify all financial data, the calculation of the cash flow for both the business and any underlying guarantors (globally), the analysis of the bank’s position regarding the collateral (paying special attention to any deficiencies that might preclude the bank from successfully foreclosing on the loan), the generation of necessary credit memos and recommending the proper credit decision for the bank. The analysis also included looking at the possibility of restructuring the loan and adding credit enhancements where possible
