We exist to unearth new products and services that are profitable for our business in the future and good for the planet. The journey to a low carbon future will be a bit tangential and have a “messy middle,” but we believe the benefit for our customers, our organisation, and Aotearoa New Zealand is worth it.

Engineers Without Borders has the goal of engineering a better world via a community centered approach, that utilises engineering knowledge and resources to bridge community-identified gaps. The Humanitarian Design Summit program is an educational study tour designed to provide students with professional work experience while allowing them to develop a deeper understanding of the role design and technology can play in creating positive change within communities. As Facilitator I lead students on journeys to India, Nepal, Samoa, Cambodia or Malaysia helping them to navigate and process their first cross cultural experience.

Providing mentoring services to social enterprises via the Akina Foundations, Launchpad Work program. Launchpad Work is New Zealand’s first business accelerator for ambitious social enterprises, whose purpose is to provide jobs for individuals facing the greatest barriers to work. It’s a 6-month intensive programme dedicated to accelerating the growth of up to 10 enterprises.
