RFT Collateral SIP Programme - Project Manager & Closure Lead:Responsible for the delivery of five projects within the Collateral SIP Programme, as part of Barclays’ 6-year Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) - a mission critical programme simplifying how Barclays' Markets business operates front to back. Following successful completion of the programme, I undertook the role of Closure Lead - setting the standard across the wider SIP programme for the development of suite of comprehensive closure artefacts, Closure KPIs, as well as the engagement strategy with Barclays Audit.
