• Creates and prepare Technical Documentation such as System’s Requirements, System Diagrams, Systems Analysis, Database Design, User’s Manual and Quick Guides.• Conduct System Investigation, interviews, on-site observation, training, and collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed system.• Creates presentations containing diagrams, work flows, and process flows related to the existing or proposed system.• Conducts Manual System Testing and creates test scripts• Logs all issues encountered and raise it to the designated developer/s• Initiates, identifies, reviews, issues and maintains controlled documents• Design, analyze and revise GUIs for the wireframe of a system using Evolus Pencil, Adobe Photoshop and/or any other editing tools• Ensures that all external documents such as forms, reports, specifications, and reference documents are in the latest versions and are available at the appropriate locations.
