Mixture of QS (Quality systems), QA and QC:- Implementation of FSSC 22000 - Investigation of customer complaints and non-conformances- Sensory taste and verification of tea blends- Update, review, create and authorise SOPs, documents, forms etc- Maintain and monitor rodent traps and pest activity- Auditing (GMP audits, pest program audit, glass and hard plastic audit)- Finished product testing (QC) of ground coffee- Trainer for quality tests and verifications

- Handle pharmaceutical, cosmetics, water and raw material; as well as conduct sterility testing of food products and UHT milk- Conduct infant formula enumeration of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus, water testing (including in-house test), container testing- Main technician for container testing (swabs, plastic bags, plastic scoops, infant formula cans, drink cans, jerry cans and many more)- Reading agar plates for results, including confirmatory steps, use of microscope (oil immersion or wet mount), enumeration (counting), Gram staining- Daily GMP application (expiry date for media, temperature charts, good documentation practice, cleaning etc)- Second-in-charge of the laboratory- Administrative work (eg fixing incorrect test codes, answering queries from customers and members from other departments, filing worksheets)
