    Primary responsibility is revenue generation for BAM. Secondarily, to provide leadership and direction on marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Kroger Racing shopper marketing program. Oversee and lead an internal team and provide guidance to amplify our Kroger Racing partner brands, lead B2C campaign development, and oversee experiential activations. Since 2016, I have led, managed and prioritized our work to deliver a best in-class integrated sales and marketing program for Kroger and a portfolio of the most well known CPG brands in the industry.Highlights:-Responsible for generating over $20M in sponsorship revenue annually-Provide leadership to facilitate the planning, creation, and implementation of a multi-channel marketing platform for the Kroger Racing program. This includes branded promotions on Kroger.com, direct marketing utilizing paid media (on-site, off-site, email and social media), organic social media content development and delivery, sponsorship activation/branding.-Responsible for leading and directing internal public relations, hospitality, social media, and creative team members and management of external marketing agency resources to deliver integrated campaigns.-Implemented a KPI reporting structure and incorporated data analysis into program development. Utilize sales (84.51) and marketing (Nielsen) performance measurements to provide stakeholders with an ongoing assessment of the program.-Manage client relationships with Kroger key constituents – executives down to category management; CPG partners – executive level decision makers, shopper marketing teams, sales and marketing teams-Member of the BAM executive leadership team, accountable to BAM owners and Kroger leadership to ensure program operations,alignment, performance and growth.
